Bill that is the reason I reduced the number of AR15's I had from seven to just four, besides, it made me have to haul more to the range and also clean them.
I still have other types but it can become a chore to drag them all to the range so that others can also enjoy them.
I will admit that a few of the ones that shoot my rifles actually help clean them, those that don't offer may not get another chance to shoot.
That is one of the reasons I built my nephews and a couple of friends rifles, I frequently wind up with extra parts laying around.
