The barrel isn't even installed on the upper. It's not even broken in or fired.

this isn't a trigger, or a charging handle being talked about, you don't just "shoot it out" or break it in if its got tolerance problems. that's dangerous and just plain stupid. There's a reason for checking tolerances before firing, no one wants a dangerous situation. Thats a small explosion happening an inch or two from your face....

There may be a bit if hysteria happening until this is researched and measured more, but there's also some burying your head in the sand over this issue as well.
