Check Optics Planet. Burris has a 2.75X Scout for about $250 and a 1 - 4X TAC30 for about $310. I'm unsure of the TAC30 reticle YMMV. I had a straight power Burris that I loved and sold with rifle BIG mistake. Good prices on other brands as well!
