Back the topic even though this was great reading.
Its not just Brownells altering reviews.
I posted a very negative review on Midway for the Promag Lower Receiver Vice Block. The notch did not line up with the mag release so I had to modify it. Not a big deal, $15 part but the issue is Midway pulled my negative response completely. Not sure if it was because I said the Chinese one from a Gun Show for $10 worked perfectly, but either way, I tried to post negatively later without the Chinese part or Gun Show cost and they still blocked me.
I will not review anything for them any more, positive or negative. They pick the good and block the bad.
Yes I could have returned it but I needed it, so I modified it because I didn't have time to wait for a replacement and all the shipping back and forth.
