Not remotely sir. They are plastic toys that are in absolutely no way interchangeable. All of this stuff was done in jest after a simpleton that works for the ATF either was a liar or is so hopelessly moronic it beggars imagination how he could feed himself and tie his own shoes.
The thing I linked was a project where the shell of a toy P-90 was used to hold a Ruger 10/22, which actually did work, but it was only the toy plastic shell around what was 100% Ruger receiver, action, and barrel.
