My preferred home defense round is 12 gauge (#1 Buckshot) to allow me to get to the safe, then my 5.56 AR is first in line (loaded with 75g TAP 5.56).

The rest of my home security setup is OPSEC, but it does include an alert Pug and her big brother and sister.
