Shoot a 45gr or 50gr varmint load in a 5.56 in the house from a gun with a polished and blended set of feed ramps, and you're golden as to tissue destruction with no over-penetration.

I didn't do any polishing and blending but I charged a magazine with 55 grain Varmint X rounds. Is there a danger that smaller pills won't feed well?
