The geissele hi speed national match would be the trigger you would want to com paired to the ar gold the hi speed uses the same combat wieght hammer spring as the ssa-e but has adjustments an can be set to different wieghts giving a total trigger pull between 1.5 and 6 pounds first stage with adjustable second stage engagement between 6oz-1.5pounds if your looking at a two stage trigger the geissele is the benchmark, for single stage the timneys are nice but their hammer springs are a little light for my taste
