What is your preferred Home Defense caliber, suppressed SBR or Bullpup

I just recently put a bullpup stock on an SKS, and I'm thinking it would be ideal. I've seen some of the home defense shows where they showed that a 5.56 was less likely to over penetrate into other rooms, etc. Not sure about the 7.62X39. But I do like the feel of the bullpup.
