CZ527 precision gunsmith recommendations?

I approached CZ at their booth at SHOT, and they seemed very negative towards the 6.5 Grendel, while mentioning plans to do a 6.8 SPC instead. I looked at them like they had caught the plague.

* Top firearms name in history for design and production....check
* Already have a micro action with a 7.62x39 bolt head.....check
* Brass made in at least 2 of the biggest names in ammunition in Europe....check
* Same brass & ammp plus Hornady available in the US even more.....check
* Grendel has one SAAMI spec....check

Let's do another caliber, with less performance capability, in a non-Euro bore diameter, with a different bolt head spec, that has two different chamber specs, the first being a major SNAFU with SAAMI. Makes sense, right? All the while, our customers are asking for a 6.5 Grendel micro-action that has one standard SAAMI spec, that would make a great all-round lightweight hunting rifle.

I can't tell them how to run their business. If the rifle and cartridge are not worth it, why did they ever chamber in 7.62x39? .222 Remington?

Does it make better business sense to make a .221 Fireball, a .223 Rem, a .222 Rem, and a 7.62x39, but not a Grendel?
