I spoke with CZ's custom shop for rifles and, though they have done several such conversions, I got the impression that a 1 to 2 moa rifle meets their standards.
After going back and forth on the pros and cons of the project, my oldest enthusiastically agreed this would make a superb birthday present for my youngest—brotherly (and fatherly) love :-)
Most factories are happy with 1MOA rifles, so it doesn't surprise me that CZ says that. If you read the gun rags, they seldom shoot a factory rifle that averages less than 1MOA.
