Most of your ballistics programs will have an angle and cosine function in them. For cave-man solutions, you can carry a whiz wheel, like the kind Todd Hodnett uses. You can send in your load specs and get a custom whiz wheel made for your rifle. The Whiz Wheel has angle inclination correction solutions on it.
