I would suggest getting new rings or a one-piece scope base, versus a rail riser + rings, as a one-piece base keeps the variables down. You need to determine what your eye-height is above bore height when you are in the most comfortable, natural cheek-to-stock-weld in the shooting position you will use the most. Measure that height accurately, even if you need two extra hands and eyes to do it. Once you have that height, search for scope mounts or rings that come as close to that as possible. A.R.M.S. makes several rails with rear iron sights, but I'm not sure your scope ocular bell will clear them without using extra-high rings. There are several makers who leave provisions for a rear iron sight, but I would find a rear flip-up with the lowest profile if you go that route. The other solution would be to get rings or a 1-piece base that is a little higher, in addition to a Magpul PRS with adjustable cheek piece, but that is twice the money, if funds are a factor.
