Bushing the boltface involves turning up a small ring that is the desired ID and the original boltface ID on the OD. It is carefully put in place and soldered, even Devcon glued into place. Once in there it does not move and is good for all the pressure you would expect it to deal with.

Once in place, the adjustments of the extractor are done and the ejector is facilitated.

Any competent gunsmith should be able to do the job.
