Sweet Jeebus, the tardness of the comments made my brain hurt. Almost as much as the skewed reporting of the article itself.
Still, I'm not altogether sure that this is a 2nd A issue so much as a dark overlord issue. To O, there's no such thing as these pesky amendment things-- only impediments to his will.
