With respect, LR, it has quite a bit to do with it. The administration and the rest of the rabble-rousers are choosing to ignore the violent behavior which was likely caused by said homemade drink in order to claim that the shooting was unjustified. Which turns the case from self defense against a drug abusing thug into the murder of an unarmed child.
