How could or should the 6.5 mm Grendel be improved?

I think its a hell of a round. Its in between the 5.56 and the .308. Little heavier than one and a little lighter than the other. But still has excellent terminal ballistics to kill a man and has good accuracy at range. What do i think we need to do to improve grendel. More ammo. More manufacturers should jump on board making this ammo. It should be readily available like .308 is. If it was in the stores readily i think more people would make the jump to this awesome round.
