I see his reply now. I didn't have time to read all 25 pages before, so I didn't catch it. I laud his logic, I'm just apprehensive about applying logic to the Tech Branch. An approval letter from BATFE would be far more comforting (yet still a position they can reverse...:confused::mad. Another part I hate is that the simple act of submitting the request for an approval letter is exactly what tips them off and sometimes causes them to "reinterpret" things to suit where they want things to eventually end up.

Either way, good catch! I hope he is successful, and I'd love to see "E" triggers proliferate in the small arms world.

A good 6.5 Grendel bullpup design with an "E" trigger could make a really nice shooting stick!
