The pattern is this—the evil "elite" decide what they want, their tax-free foundations fund polemics ("research"), their wholly owned media propagandize the junk science and matching sound bites, the puppets and sheeple bleat their assent, and—Voila!—the "elite" have their way with us.
The 95%-depopulation/enslave-the-survivors agenda first reared its Satanic head in the 60's with Paul Ehrlich's "Population Bomb" hysteria and "the pill" (which was then and is still now a chemical abortifacient in large degree). legalization of surgical abortion, mainstreaming of homosexuality, HIV, degradation of medical ethics and medical care, "biodiversity/Earth First!" radicalism, and perpetual war followed in short order. Anyone who has been paying attention has already noticed how ObamaCare death panels, "geoengineering," and control (and destruction) of food and water are also means of depopulation.
The movement from "global warming" junk science hysteria to global "carbon" taxation and environmental fascism is another current example of Problem-Reaction-Solution (née thesis-antithesis-synthesis née pillars of chesed, gevurah, and tiferet) that advances the 95%-depopulation/enslave-the-survivors agenda.
