So if congress out laws the right to own so called assault weapons , hand guns , etc I guess it is legal and the second amendment is null and void as as they seem to have made the 5th amendment null and void. It is much easier than amending the constitution. Up is down and down is up, day is night night is day. I'm not buying it.
