Kikn, I agree with you and I think GZ is ok on this. Hypothetically, if GZ went after and attacked TM and then TM turned the tables on him and started pounding his head on the concrete and GZ shot him then, I think it would be a much harder case for GZ.
It's amazing how none of the pictures showing the gash on the back of his head or nose were shown until after the public and media opinions were formed and the topic was on the back burner.
