I think GZ has made statement that he attempted to leave when the operator told him to do so. At that point, if he did attempt to leave he would no longer even possibly be considered the "aggressor". There are pics of him with several cuts on his scalp from head being beaten on the concrete, and what appears to be a broken nose. I don't know if he's innocent or guilty. Just hoping he can get a fair and impartial trial with all the media circus including the POTUS laying in on the case.
