You have to specifically ask for it. It's not advertised on the site. The LT-112 will give you a little reach forward from the base, but not like the LT-158 and other goose neck mounts. The LT-112 looks exactly like the LT-111, but has 20 MOA of cant.

If you are looking to save some cash and don't need QD, you can just order the mounts with the VFZ option, but I think the QD levers are worth it and very convenient.
