One of the planned events is on the 4th of July in D.C., being organized by Adam Kokesh. He's a former US Marine who participated in Veterans Against the Iraq War demonstrations while on Inactive Reserve status and in uniform, and received a downgrade to his discharge because of it and the profanity-laced response he gave to his commander when asked about it.
He then worked for Russia Today, which is owned by the Russian foreign intelligence services, SVR, as part of Ideological Warfare Branch-the most successful operation the KNVD and KGB ever ran, which was re-invigorated by Putin after the drunken and disastrous Yeltsin presidency.

He's an anarchist who hides under the libertarian label, but in practice, he's an agitator who has taken much of the narrative of the pro-gun movement, and uses it as a provocateur to stir up unsuspecting and polarized people on the political right, after participating in staged arrests with the extreme political left (Code Pink).
This armed march he has planned is the perfect setting for an event, because he is organizing thousands of ARMED marchers to assemble in Arlington National Cemetery, then walk across the Memorial Bridge through a sweeping route around the city, in violation of the D.C. gun laws.
Here's the problem:
This is a foreign enemy's wet dream come true, if their goal is to fragment the United States, since we are probably more polarized on the freedom of self-protection and firearms ownership issue than any other.
Imagine this. Adam Kokesh and his ignorant followers will assemble (somehow in the insanity of traffic that is there on the 4th), and will encounter a large body of LEO's in some form or another. He has pledged to coordinate with LEO's to make the event as peaceful as possible, but that isn't in his or the police's control. Here's why...
Kokesh, the VA police, and the D.C. Police have zero control over foreign agents and intelligence services. Imagine Russian SVR and Iranians using Syrian and Chechen, Egyptian, Turk, Tunisian, etc. assets to fire upon the mob AND police from concealed locations that are plentiful on the Arlington side, as well as throughout the urbanized and park-ridden D.C. side. All they have to do is instigate a massive shoot-out, without the police or marchers ever having fired a shot.

Even if only 3-10 people are killed, and dozens are wounded, it will be played as a bloodbath on both openly marxist propaganda channels, as well as faux right propaganda channels like Fox, and certainly the internet. Camera crews will be covering this event, as will thousands of people with cell phones amongst the marchers and cams among the police.
It will be played in a constant loop on both sides incessantly, and will lead most likely to massive civil disturbances across the Nation. It would be very likely for rabid lefties to lash out with violent attacks on people with NRA stickers, NRA events, and any target they think they could, and even more likely that hicks with no clue about these things watching Fox will now see their local LEO's as part of the "conspiracy" to target gun-owners.
It's a recipe for a perfect storm. If Kokesh gets his march supported with logistics coordination from Arlington National Cemetery and the D.C. Police, you will know that the likelihood of a major event there is extremely high.
