I actually read your posts through-and-through, and you are spot-on. Having lived and operated in the Middle East, I know first-hand what you have stated reflects what I saw there. Deception, betrayal, haggling, loose alliances, absolute family loyalty, and earned respect through craftiness and violence are what matter there, not money or Western values.
The geography of the Arabian Peninsula drives that culture because of the limited resources there for security, shelter, food, water, livestock, and personal ownership of property. There is only so much capacity of the land to generate pie, so you have more competition for the limited resources amongst familial tribal factions who will do everything possible to carve out their existence in a relatively desolate area.
The spread of the Mohammedan curse into Africa, Mesopotamia, Western India, Europe, and the Pacific regions has been a scourge to the local populaces, where the weak have been forcibly converted by the sword, and the strong have resisted with superior violence and maintained their land, like the Serbs, Spaniards, Sheiks, Russians, and other superior warring peoples have done, while the weaker Albanians, Western Indians (now known as Pakistanis), Chechens, North Africans, Indonesians, and Persians were humbled under the boot of the Mohammedans.
In my generation, we have seen the spread of the Mohammedan cult into Central Africa, across Europe, and the United States. You cannot be friends with he who ultimately sees himself ruling over you under his perverted, Arabian Peninsula, tribal war cult. You cannot sell him your most advanced weapon systems and expect anything good to come of it in the long run. You can't open your borders to him and think he will integrate into your society, and it comes as no shock to me to see this type of typical behavior among those weak and worthless people who allowed the disease to spread to their homeland in Africa, then spread it themselves to Europe once they have left their limited resource region for more opportunities in a better one like Northern Europe, where more rivers are connected, and people are hardened by thousands of years of dealing with short agricultural seasons, weeding out the weak, and breeding the strong.
If you're a multiculturalist, you either accept this as the new norm and pretend it won't happen to you, or praise it as an acceptable richness that comes when other cultures are introduced to yours.
The pragmatist realizes that sooner or later, violence will be the only option against a foe of this nature, unless he completely abstains from violence himself, and simply out-breeds you. Since Mohammed's teachings are rooted in violence, nobody in that pathological persuasion can stop it among themselves, as VonGruff clearly points out. You're faced with dealing with the enemy now, or passing the buck to your children.
