I'm reading that it took 20 minutes for an "armed response" to come. How pathetic is that? These guys were mulling around for 20 min shouting and all and people were just watching them. It is ashame they have disarmed their citizenry to where they couldn't have at least ended the siutaiton but couldn't protect themselves.

I read that there were some women that surrounded the body to protect it till help came. They could've gone after more people it seems, especially with a 20 min lag time for armed help.
This is just pathetic and sorry. My heart goes out to the family that is suffering today for a soldier that died in a horrible manner.
