It's also easy to have internet trolls whose intent is to shut down speech come onto forums and place certain comments that make the whole forum look like kooks, so that moderators will shut down free exchange of ideas.
I kinda lean to keeping the Grendel Forum a technical one, where the main reason we are attracted to it is to exchange ideas about the cartridge, the AR15, and other firearms chambered in it.
That said, I choose to comment or post things regarding politics, history, and infringements on the Bill of Rights because I feel very strongly about those issues.
The last thing I want is for people to be driven away because they were offended by political commentary when they came to the site for technical information about the 6.5 Grendel, AR15, etc.
