Trooper this is very true as well. We are all Libertarians to a degree but there has to be reasonable laws for the citizenry.

Agreed! However, if my actions don't violate another individuals corresponding or preceding God given unalienable rights the government has no business dictating my actions.

I believe our Unalienable Rights were written into the Constitution in an order of precedence. What I mean by that is the God given Right to one's Life supersedes all other rights. The God given Right of Individual Liberty supersedes another individual's God given Right to the Pursuit of Happiness.
