How do you carry your hydration bag? Draped over your arm? Draped over your handlebars?
All mine are in backpacks of one sort or another. All of mine could be "jettisoned."
And my shaving cream is in cans over 3 oz.
One might expect thought cops, political commissars, and nobody in particular to embrace, rationalize, and enforce the chains of micromanagement.
