Yes…even if momma didn't go to the consulate, there is nothing in law that still disqualifies him as a US citizen. The FS-240 is merely "proof" of US citizenship, not a requirement. The burden of proof may become more difficult without it, but the State department uses other forms and requests besides the Consular Report of Birth Abroad (and in some areas, the FS-240 wasn't even available).

All of this is premised that he was not born in Hawaii.

Stan, when I was saying "legitimate" earlier and you posed those questions, I am really only trying to say there may be some "legitimate" basis of question. I'm not trying to place any importance to them (only that it is a more legitimate question as compared to where he was born). Those really aren't anything I personally would pursue since there are so many more important things to pursue in regards to Barry and the manner in which he is governing…
