It is actually more complicated than what you (or I, for that matter) have suggested. There are other conditions if only one parent is a US citizen, but those aren't really that common and certainly don't apply in the case of Barry (my daughter is in similar situation, which is why I know about the requirements). IF he was born abroad, they have 18 years to file the Consular Report of Birth Abroad…and they can amend it at any time. Failure to file the Consular Report may create legal complications for proof of citizenship, but they are not insurmountable.

This is why I've never contended that he is not a U.S. citizen. His mother could easily have presented him to the nearest consulate and everything would have been clear. The thing is, for whatever reason (and always assuming that those relatives et al weren't lying) she chose not to. She chose instead to sneak him into the country and present him to a domestic hospital. We can only speculate as to why this might have been the case, and such speculation would do no real good.

I continue to hold the position that it's eminently possible that he was born in Kenya. I also hold the position that (other than the procedural shenanigans involved) it makes no real difference. I further hold that, at this late date, somebody could produce video evidence that he was born in the Soviet Union and delivered by Kruschev himself wearing red gloves and it won't change a thing. It is in the best interest of the powers that be that the status quo be maintained and thus, it will be maintained regardless of evidence or inquiry.

So, where was he actually squirted out? Moot point, let's move on.

Will he ever be held accountable for any of the misdeeds of his parents or their handlers? No. Not a chance in Hell. Will he ever be held accountable for his own misdeeds or those perpetrated in his name or at his orders? Highly unlikely.

It would ruin most of Washington if any of this skullduggery were brought to light, and so it will not be brought to light. Too many livelihoods and reputations depend on it all remaining in the darkest, deepest pit of nonexistence. Even those on the side of right and justice might give pause at the damage such information might cause by going public. And so, anybody who even gets close will be ridiculed, labeled a nut/extremist/teabagger/conspiracy theorist and hounded until their every word is subject to mockery.
