No one in particular lives in a Faraday cage lest no one in particular actually receives verifiable news inconsistent with official conspiracy theories ("Please, Mr. Bad Man with Boxcutters, don't crash this plane" and "I am sure those wings are around here somewhere.")... and official legal theories like "shoot [breast feeding mothers] on sight," torture, asset forfeiture ("Guilty until proven innocent because we are prosecuting the property, not a person"), judges may lie about jury nullification, warrantless search and seizure, and other such entirely constitutional-because-I-have-read-it "public safety exceptions."
