I don't maybe their infringement on the right to bear arms. I've got a friend that lives out in San Diego. He just recently received a $450 ticket for having a gear shift knob that resembled a grenade. The ticket was technically for having a replica of an illegal weapon.

How about the executive order sealing the evidence in the Fast & Furious or the NFA. Legal or not those are tyrannical acts by the standards of our Founding Fathers. I've heard a phrase used recently that couldn't be more true, "Our Founding Fathers would be shooting by now."

I doubt it. IMO, the Founding Fathers primary interest was gaining power, not eliminating tyrannical acts from government. Example: One of the complaints against British "tyranny" was a royal tax levied on booze; opposition to that tax helped fuel the American Revolution. But, what was one of George Washington's first acts after becoming President? Placing a "tyrannical" tax on booze!
