The miranda rights thing is a little troubling. I knoow the reason is so he doesn't lawyer up and not talk about anything, this is partially why I wish he would've taken out. Now this will be a drawn out trial and the media will start to analyze his life and become sympathetic saying the brother directed him in this path and the influence he had on his life. I don't think he will provide any useful information if this is part of a larger act or supported by a particiular group. This is going to get ugly and I think we are going to be disappointed in the outcome.
