There is a paradigm shift in who the primary agents of influence are behind much of American government with the illegitimate Obama Administration, where we have seen a European-centric "old powers" dynasty lose much of their influence to the likes of China, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa to a lesser extent, since Africa has no real international sway due to the curse of their geography.
