Somebody mentioned to me today that if the Senate Majority leader votes against the bill then it can be brought back up. Since Reid voted against the basic background portion of the bill I'm wondering if it can be brought back up.
Anyway, though the Pro 2A people were really worried about the UBC's because it would become a defacto registry as FFL's retire or quit, the ATF collects their records. I personally was much more worried about this than an "AWB" because those can be reversed whereas a registry and UBC's can't. The govt never gives up power or information once they have it.
So Reid mocks the pro 2A crowd with his "imaginary tyrrany" comment but yet he voted against the bill that most pr 2A's were most concerned about. What a douche-bag.
