Wonder how many have used their "own personal firearm" that happend to be an AR style rifle to commit suicide? And that very fact that we have a high number of suicides among military personnel is convincing evidence that the military mental health teams simply aren't able to do their jobs correctly; either because there are too few, they aren't properly trained, or because they aren't getting to the high risk people, (which is the most likely cause). As Joe Rogan said recently, "We have a mental health problem masquerading as a firearms problem!"

I am amazed that we ask people who have absolutely NO experience regarding civilian firearms ownership questions that they are so poorly equipped to answer. McChrystal and Odierno simply ignore the fact that you are more likely to be killed with a HAMMER than you are an AR15, (or for that matter, ANY type of rifle!). Wonder if we should remove assault hammers from the public?
