Here's a perfect example of those who are simply too brain-dead and brain-washed to accept reality when it hits them, although a few were devastated and re-considered their position:

Sad, but true. The most notable aspect of that video was how the others went from condemning the evil "Romney" policies, to either disbelieving the interviewer or becoming apologists for Obama. A couple even uttered the "for the greater good" line, which chills me to no end.
