This is about the 4th or 5th time recently people have posted of this problem with Satern builds. Was this a recent Barrel/Bolt? Some of the others were sent new bolt's or ejectors by Satern, seems like they should do the same for you.
Makes you wonder if it was just the wrong ejector or a mfg problem? From memory I'm thinking most were bought via midway.
