Bill, the last time amnesty was given it was by a Republican.. y'know R Reagan? The dems promised border security and what did we get? Screwed! You don't win any conflicts by being "nice" to those who don't play by the rules.
I say don't move on amnesty, near amnesty, path to whatever until the border is secure. We can trust Lucy not to pull away the football again and really be the "dumb party" or grow a pair and stop trying to be dem light.
Sorry (not really) to be so incendiary it's just that so much of our country's traditions and common sense ideals are being perverted....what's that saying about hoisting the black flag..?
