It is funny how you guys make up straw man arguments such as "When a stacked supreme court rules the gun bans and restrictions are constitutional..." to support your arguments. In reality, such things are to support your own paranoia. So far there is a litany of Supreme Court decisions favoring the Second Amendment as legal precedent.
You guys need to come up with something better than International Bankers and the society of Germany and Russia during the 1930's as being evidence that the US Military will take to the streets and shoot Americans who don't turn over their AR-15's.
You two haven't yet told us how our entire military can occupy the entire USA or even one major city such as LA or Chicago. Come on now, you tell us how a military the size of ours can occupy the USA. That is probably more delusional than paranoid.

Re-read what you wrote and what Montana and I separately wrote. You conflated two different issues: (1) whether LEO/military people will enforce gun bans and (2) whether facts, cause and effect, have anything to do with people's reaction to events (or their perception of events). To this point I said NOTHING about the "stacking of the Supreme Court," so there is no "you guys."
That said, now I will note that the District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008) decision was a rather bland acknowledgement that there is an individual right to keep and bear arms, but the door was left open for restrictions. Pointedly the Marvelettes.... er... Supremes said they were not prepared to determine the scope of allowable restrictions—but they most definitely left the framework for restrictions. That is a fact, not paranoia and not propaganda. Read the decision.
Far from being a "litany" of pro-RKBA decisions, most gun cases were limited in scope and, until McDonald v. Chicago, 561 U.S. 3025 (2010), did not even "incorporate" the 2nd Amendment against the States.
Perhaps courts that give cover to torture, run interference for Monsanto, allow businesses to patent human genes, allow banksters to gamble and lose clients' personal accounts without recourse, and leave the door open for gun "restrictions" gives you confidence in future freedom, but not me. Your current and past efforts to weaponize your risible psychiatry with buzz words like "paranoid" and "conspiracy theory" only emphasizes how fact-free your position really is.
Whether or not compliant LEO/military succeed in martial law or gun bans, the attempt will result in many lost and destroyed lives and property. THAT matters to me. Rather than millions of deaths in another War Against the States, I would rather see the guilty prosecuted and punished—and the innocent left to life, liberty, and happiness.
