There is a division in this country with two different beliefs being perpetrated. Look at the propaganda of hatred and lies being spewed at the NRA and its members. With enough propaganda figure heads like we are seeing with police chiefs, ex military generals etc the anti second amendment side will seem to be the most reasonable The national guard disarmed their own neighbors during Hurricane Catrina. They were just following orders and making the streets safer. One only has to look at history to see what the future will be. The majority of German citizens in the 1930's were not lunatic Nazis, but were highly educated, moral, who wanted to do the right thing for their nation. With enough propaganda people can commit horrible atrocity's. Disarmament is not going to happen over night but with gun bans, registration and then by making examples out of a few unfortunate individuals with the whole propaganda machine behind it. Gun rights people will be demonized, and the majority of low information citizens will support it. Divide and conquer, it is happening right in front of us all at this very moment.
