Anyone have insights into the gun and ammo shortages?

If you are in law enforcement, be careful! I suspect there are increasing numbers of gun owners without training, which is not a safe situation by any means.

I am getting the feeling that an increasing number of citizens are arming up due to a perception that they will need to defend themselves against a real increase in tyranny.

I would like to add to that.

Think about what you are doing and why.

Remember your oath (as well as your ethics), which is typically something like...

"All officers, legislative, executive and judicial, before entering upon the duties of their respective officers, shall take and subscribe the following oath or
affirmation: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of this state, and that I will faithfully
discharge the duties of the office of ______ according to the best of my ability..."
