Who would that be, the Taliban is outlawed in Afghanistan? So far as I know, we aren't fighting anyone else.
- AFAIK, the US JAG rulings on hollowpoints like the SMK and SOST rounds authorize their use against not only criminals and terrorists, but also lawful combatants (i.e., members of national armed forces). Other countries JAG equivalents have ruled such projectiles are illegal. They can't both be right.
Which lawful combatants have they been used against? I'm not debating the possibility, just don't think we have faced any lawful combatants of late.
