It's extremely impressive to see these companies stand up for the constitution. I do however, believe we need to be careful in regards to where we focus are anger. We must keep in mind that the tyrants are the decision makers and not the police. I do find the stance these companies are taking to be truly patriotic, and I can only hope other companies will follow. With this, I can only hope our government will understand that law enforcement needs these weapons, just as do our citizens. The men capable of and wanting to restrict our rights, in total disregard for the constitution, are employed by the state and federal governments. However we do not need to leave our local governments defenseless as they are not part of the problem. I cannot speak for all of law enforcement however the overwhelming majority of peace officers I work with and know share our same values. This is coming from a LEO in south Georgia so that is to be expected, however I believe most law enforcement supports the second amendment as a right and not a privilege. LEO's are aware more than anyone, of who breaks the law and the weapons that are used, therefore common sense is applied.
