Smoke, i know that you are correct... but still, it takes two to Tango; Dorner did not surrender when he was cornered. he did himself no favors that would bring him before a jury...perhaps because he knew that we knew that he was guilty. Still, due process is, of course, the proper course of action; but you have to get him to the court room first. He was having none of it.
one thing that i do think deserves much closer scrutiny is these gas canisters that get very hot and potentially started the fire in the cabin. I think they were used at Waco too. I dont believe they should be legal to use by the cops anymore until we can establish that they dont start these fires.
