Public schools are fertile grounds for brain washing into the libtard mindset.

I pulled my older two from public schools early on. While they decided not to pursue a college degree, they exhibit more individual thought and critical analysis than most mature adults (they are in their 20's now).

When we put my youngest back into public schools here in Texas after my military retirement (based upon "rave" reviews of the local schools), my daughter (one of the elder two) counseled my wife and I that we should pull my son out of public schools and put him in private or home school. She has two years of college and had seen the public school product.

BTW, we only lasted two years in public schools before pulling the youngest. Between lack of teacher control in classroom, social agenda in classroom and curriculum, excessive bullying without the option to defend oneself without being "expelled or suspended", we had enough.

My youngest also displays a stronger critical thinking ability than most mature adults (and he just turned 17). As a former Senior Patrol Leader in his BSA Troop, he had to deal with the public school product as well as some home schooled and private schooled boys. He doesn't like dealing with the public schooled kids. Between their behavior issues, inability to perform basic math, and lack of understanding our Republic and core values, he is constantly on the edge with those boys. He is nearly done with his Eagle Project planning, and has more than the required number of merit badges for Eagle.

My youngest and I have been taking Precision Rifle courses from VX Marksmanship here in DFW area. Have also taken Pistol 1 and plan on Carbine 1 soon. I should get hooked up with some of the Grendel former special ops bro's and get some training/mentoring for the boy...he plans on going Army (which is tough for this fighter pilot to comprehend... )

Bjorn, you need to come to the Precision Rifle Boomershoot in Idaho the last weekend in April. Most of the staff is military or retired military. LR1955 is retired Special Forces, LRRPF52 spent his time in 3 different Scout Sniper Platoons, Long Range Surveillance, and 82nd Airborne. Another instructor spent his miliary time in a nuke sub, and is a current world champion F Class shooter.

Between them, your son would get a good idea of what he is looking forward towards!

The Precision Rifle Clinic is no longer registered as a seperate event, and the prices have increased. We hadn't raised prices for years, but with gas prices up, and with associated costs, we had to raise them this year.
