A FFA has been filed but all attention is on the budget right now. The polls I've seen indicate if the bill makes it to the floor it will pass.
I live near the brainwashing capitol of the south. Austin/ Travis county had always been a liberal mecca but it's bordered by some of the most conservative counties in the state. My biggest concern is the growing population on the border.
