There really is only one State that makes sense to re-locate to in my view.
First, as a business, you need to obviously locate where the legal environment will protect you, not attack you as an enemy of the State. You also need to consider "right to work" States above union-controlled, international worker's party dominated city councils and county commissioners, who almost always have strong ties with organized crime, and run basically a legitimized racketeering operation against productive businesses.
Then you look at the taxation environment of the State and municipalities that will be able to sustain your operation, with suitable housing & infrastructure solutions for your employees within the area.
Along with that, you look at the ability to hire long-term talent from engineering schools that are top in the nation, where machinists and computer-drafting technicians will receive the best education and keep a manufacturing business competitive. The culture of a State is huge in producing positive results in the above aspects of geographic analysis for business relocation.
So which State has zero counties that voted for Comrade Hussein, has some of the top-10 engineering, machining, and computer-drafting programs, has minimal State income tax, and has a lot of hard working adults who are entering the workforce ready to work? Which States have signed the Firearms Freedom Act legislation into law in their State? Which States have good infrastructure to support workers and their families? Which States have the highest birth and fertility rates? Which States have the least corruption?

If I were a firearms manufacturing company, I would first look at this map of the US, then only consider one of the green States, as they have signed FFA into law at the State level already. Then I would run an analysis based on the criteria I described above, looking at the next map for voting trends:

From this map, you can start to eliminate even green FFA States, where significant leftist counties are clearly identified. If I was in Colorado, I would be looking to move anyway by the indicators in this map alone, and I actually did move from Colorado to Utah in 2008. I love the State and its geography, but can't stand the erosion of freedom happening there, driven by those in CO government who can't cut it in the real world, so they stick their hands into productive people's pockets and tear out everything they can grab.
Which States left have good infrastructure and Nation-leading programs for students who will be employed in manufacturing with modern machinery and 3D drafting? Which State has a sustainable birth and fertility rate? Which State has low or no taxes, and has a lot of legislators who own businesses themselves? Which State values the ownership of firearms and over 90% of the State legislators carry concealed to the State Capitol Building when in session? Which State already empowers teachers AND college students 21 and over to carry concealed firearms on campus?
