Obama wants only military leaders who will agree to fire on US citizens?

My thoughts are that Obama is out to destroy America anyway possible. Now I'm wondering if he might induce a civil war by gun confiscation? Once civil unrest breaks out, then we will have to worry about Military and LEO.
